EXHIBITION:
Borut Cigale is a versatile graphic designer, visual artist, and more. In this pop-up exhibition he showcases a series of linocut prints, a medium he was drawn to for its meditative process, DIY ethos, repeatability, and expressive outcomes. His work explores themes of individuality, alienation, and the various forms of communication, often centred around the motif of the human hand.
Join us for the opening. Vernissage: 18:00 - 21:00
The Exhibition will be on view in the STPLN coworking space.

WORKSHOP:
At the workshop, Borut will share his linocut printing technique for printing on textiles.
What to expect: You’ll carve a small linoleum plate (15 × 10 cm) and print your design onto a piece of fabric you bring along. You can repeat your motif to build a pattern and cover larger areas.
What to bring: A T-shirt, kitchen towel, a patch or any piece of fabric—then turn it into a one-of-a-kind wearable artwork. Light-coloured fabric works best.
A materials fee of 50 SEK is paid on-site. Please wear clothes you don’t mind getting messy, as you’ll likely end up with ink on your hands.
