Microcredentials

Can microcredentials strengthen the independent creator in relation to stakeholders?

As part of the development of our incubator program, The Lab, we are investigating whether and how microcredentials can strengthen the participants in the incubator. We want to investigate how microcredentials for the free cultural life can be designed at the same time as we want to see if microcredentials can contribute to strengthening individual freelancers in their competence profile vis-à-vis stakeholders such as funders as well as buyers and employers. This project is funded by Region Skåne and will run over 2025.

Through workshops, collaborative projects, and cross-cultural exchange, the initiative aims to equip participants with the tools and knowledge to advocate for sustainability, bridge social divides, and promote inclusive community development.
