EqualPostOst, a German NGO evacuating LGBTQ+ people from post-Soviet countries, together with local activists in Malmö, brings the BOXED exhibition from Berlin to Malmö. The exhibition will be on view in Malmö for four days only.

About the exhibition

BOXED is an immersive installation about the realities of being LGBTQ+ in today’s Russia. Seven black boxes stand for isolation and contain real, personal stories. Stories about fear, survival, daily life under growing pressure, but also about joy and love. Visitors will step inside the boxes and spend time with these stories. BOXED creates space to listen, reflect, and connect.
