As we look back on the past year at STPLN, one thing becomes clear: it’s the people who make this place what it is.
Throughout the year, our spaces have been filled with cultural events, meetups, artist residencies, community-led initiatives, learning experiences and conversations that stretched across disciplines, ages and backgrounds. We’ve seen new collaborations form, creative careers evolve, and networks expand in ways that remind us why STPLN exists in the first place — to be a home for imagination, participation and possibility.
We welcomed learners, makers, artists, technologists, social innovators, students, seniors, volunteers, dreamers and doers, makers and shakers. You’ve shared skills, lifted each other up and built an atmosphere where trying new things feels not only safe, but encouraged.
This is what a creative ecosystem looks like.

As the year wraps up we’re taking a short winter break to rest, reset and prepare for everything 2026 has in store.
STPLN will be closed from 22 December 2025 to 6 January 2026.
We reopen on 7 January, refreshed and ready for a new season of ideas, collaborations and community energy. Until then, we hope you get time to pause, reflect, recharge and enjoy the company of people who inspire you — or simply make you laugh.
